Worcester, Massachusetts

Your Local Plumbing & Heating Team

Worcester asks more of a contractor than most cities its size. One address is a century-old three-family with a boiler in the cellar, the next is a renovated single with modern everything, the next is a storefront with a back room nobody has looked at since the eighties. We work in all of it.

For owners and landlords, the useful part is that we cover both trades. A tenant calling about no hot water and a tenant calling about no heat are the same phone call to us. One company, one relationship, one person who already knows the building instead of two specialists learning it on your dime.

And you get told the truth about old equipment. Some of it has years left and deserves a repair. Some of it owes you nothing and should be replaced before it fails on a holiday weekend. We will tell you which one you have, put the price in writing first, and let you decide.

Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM · Sat 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Sun 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We work to accommodate emergencies.

Questions From Worcester

Worcester Plumbing & Heating FAQs

Do you work in Worcester, or only the smaller towns?
We work throughout Worcester. We are based in Spencer, about twenty minutes west, and the city has been part of our service area for years — houses, triple-deckers, and small businesses. Call (833) 969-4330.
Do you work with landlords and property owners?
Regularly. Multi-family work is a normal part of our week, and we coordinate with owners and tenants so units are not without water or heat any longer than the job requires. One review on our Google listing comes from a landlord dealing with a flooded basement at a rental.
Can you handle both plumbing and heating in the same building?
Yes, and in older Worcester buildings that is genuinely useful, since the heating system and the water system often share the same tired pipe and the same cramped cellar. One company doing both means nobody gets to blame the other trade.
My triple-decker still has galvanized supply pipe. Do you replace it?
We do, and in a three-family it is better planned than reacted to. Galvanized closes up from the inside over decades, so pressure fades floor by floor until a section finally lets go. Replacing it in stages, unit by unit, keeps tenants in water while the work happens.
The basement of my pre-war Worcester building takes water every spring. What actually helps?
A correctly sized pump in the right spot handles most of it, and a battery backup earns its keep in a building where a spring storm and a power cut tend to show up together. We look at where the water is getting in before anything else, because a pump in the wrong corner just runs while the floor stays wet.
