Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services — including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages — under strict confidentiality obligations.
We collect mobile phone numbers when you submit them through our website form. Text message consent is collected there and only there, through two separate checkboxes that are unchecked by default: one for service and appointment texts, and a separate optional one for marketing texts. Checking one never opts you into the other, and neither is required to submit the form. We use this information solely to send the text messages you consented to receive. Message and data rates may apply.
These messages are part of the Mike Lambert's Plumbing & Heating Inc messaging program.
