Your Local Plumbing & Heating Team

Auburn's one piece of world history happened in 1926, when Robert Goddard launched the first liquid-fueled rocket from a farm on Pakachoag Hill. Most of the town came after: whole streets of capes, ranches, and split-levels built in the couple of decades following the war. Houses that go up together age together — and a lot of Auburn's plumbing and heating is coming up for decisions at the same time.

Auburn is also one of the easier towns we work in, in one way. Most homes here have public water from the Auburn Water District, a sewer connection, and gas service on the street, which rules out the well-and-septic detective work we do in the hill towns. When something misbehaves in an Auburn house, the answer is almost always inside the house — and that's exactly where we look.

We handle both trades, which means the leaking pipe in March and the cold furnace in January are the same phone number. Look at the problem, put the whole price in writing before starting, test the work before leaving. Twenty-two years of doing it that way is why the Google rating reads 4.9.

Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM · Sat 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Sun 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We work to accommodate emergencies.

Auburn Plumbing & Heating FAQs

Do you cover Auburn, MA?
Yes — Auburn is a regular part of our service area. We're family-owned, based in Spencer about 20 minutes west, and we've worked across Worcester County for over 22 years with a 4.9-star Google rating. Call (833) 969-4330.
My Auburn house was built in the 1950s. What plumbing problems should I expect?
The originals are the usual suspects: shutoff valves that have seized in place, supply pipe near the end of its working life, and drains that have slowly settled out of pitch. None of that means the sky is falling — it means the small warning signs are worth a call before they pick their own timing.
Auburn has town water and sewer — what's left for a plumber to do?
The town's pipes stop at your property line. Everything from there in is the house's own plumbing, and it's the same age as the house. Public water and sewer just mean that when pressure drops or a drain backs up, we look inside your walls and under your floor instead of at a well or a septic tank.
Is natural gas available at my Auburn address?
Gas reaches a lot of Auburn, but it's street by street, and the utility is the one that can say for certain. Where service exists, the licensed piping from the meter to your stove, dryer, water heater, or heating system is our work — sized, pressure-tested, and permitted.
Will I get a price before you start?
Yes — in writing, before any work begins, and it holds. We'd rather lose a job by being straight about the number than win one by growing it afterward. Open Mon–Fri 8:30–5 and weekends 9–5, and we work to accommodate emergencies.
